ANOTHER BENCH WARRANT ISSUED FOR THE IMMEDIATE ARREST OF LOGAN GUZMAN

WARRANT #1 - Another warrant for the arrest of Logan Guzman was issued on 12/7/09 by a Superior Court Judge in Los Angeles County because Logan Guzman failed to appear in court to surrender himself for his FELONY CONVICTION 487(a) PC (GRAND THEFT-OVER $400) on 8/19/09. He was set to surrender himself to the Los Angeles County Sheriff on 12/7/09 so he could serve his 90 day jail sentence in the county jail. This arrest warrant was issued without bail.

WARRANT #2 - A warrant for the arrest of Logan Guzman was issued on 11/25/09 by a Superior Court Judge in Los Angeles County because Logan Guzman failed to appear in court to answer two felony charges (487(a) PC (GRAND THEFT-OVER $400) and 484(e)(d) (CREDIT CARD FRAUD) of the California Penal Code (PC).) His bail is now set at $150,000.

La Cienega Blvd, Los Angeles at 8:30AM for one count of violation of section 487(a) PC (GRAND THEFT-OVER $400) and one count of violation of section 484(e)(d) (CREDIT CARD FRAUD) of the California Penal Code (PC). LOGAN GUZMAN - CONVICTED CRIMINAL

According to public records, TWO Arrest Warrants are outstanding for the arrest of Logan Guzman. Logan Guzman has also been convicted on two separate criminal acts in 2009 including

GUZMAN CONVICTED ON FELONY GRAND THEFT CHARGE on 8/19/09. On 8/18/05, Logan Mora Guzman was charged with three crimes below. There was an outstanding bench warrant issued in 2005 for his arrest for these crimes and Logan Guzman was arrested for these crimes in October, 2008 and is currently on bail.

Logan Guzman went to trial for one count of violation of 470(d) of the California Penal Code (FORGERY) and 487(a) PC (GRAND THEFT-OVER $400). Logan Guzman was convicted for the violation of 487(a) PC (GRAND THEFT-OVER $400) on 8/10/09. Logan Guzman was sentenced on 11/6/09 to 90 days in the Los Angeles County Jail. He was to surrender himself on 12/7/09, but he did not show up to court and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest. GUZMAN CONVICTED FOR RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY and is on 1 year probation. On 7/27/09 Logan Pinal Mora Guzman was found guilty of one MISDEMEANOR count of violation of section 496(a) PC - RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY stemming from an 8/25/2008 incident. Additionally, Logan Guzman has been arrested for a total of three times on 9/11/09 (booking number 2056380), 9/12/09 (booking number 2057117), and 10/8/09 (booking number 2087623) and charged with two criminal acts.
